Konnichiwa (romaji for Hello/good afternoon) fellow Japanese lovers!

Welcome to the first “interview” segment!

Reading books, and researching on Internet are great ways to learn about other cultures but talking to people with that ethnicity or knowledgable about that culture, is equally important.

So hope you enjoy and learn something from this segment!

Side note: Nori – means seaweed. You know, those green or dark brown thin sheets that comes in square and rectangular shapes. Nori is an essential ingredient in making sushi.
